Cuba Gooding Jr’s Lawyer Starts #NotMe Movement After He Is Falsely Accused Of Sexual Assault Allegations

Cuba Gooding Jr’s lawyer has launched a #NotMe movement after a judge refused to dismiss the fake sexual abuse case against Cuba. Mark Heller announced that in light of the #MeToo movement there should be a similar hashtag for those who have been falsely accused.

He stated; “After fifty years of defending innocent, falsely accused and unfairly prosecuted defendants, I am igniting the “Not Me Movement (#NotMe#).”

Cuba Gooding Jr was charged with misdemeanour forcible touching and sexual abuse, he was falsely accused of groping a female fan’s breast in a bar. Cuba strongly denies the claims and was arrested after handing himself over to the police.

Heller also stated; “I am totally confident that when a jury of Cuba Gooding Jr’s peers assess all of the exculpatory evidence in this case, that he will be totally exonerated.” He continued; “His case will be a hallmark example for the #NotMe Movement.”
