Dirtbag Ex-Girlfriend Destiny Morales Confessed That She Falsely Accused Her Ex-Boyfriend Of Rape (Whilst In Jail For Other Crimes)
Police arrested a woman Destiny Morales for filing a false report of rape.
According to a probable cause affidavit, Destiny Morales aka Distiny Marie Morales of Newport falsely said that she had been raped by her ex-boyfriend, Issac Gardner of Jonesboro.
Investigators arrested Gardner and a judge found probable cause to charge him, setting his bond at $100,000.
Court documents state officers arrested Morales with another person on different matters.
During questioning, according to the affidavit, she “admitted while in custody that she made the story about the rape up and it never occurred”.
Morales appeared in court where Craighead County District Judge David Boling found probable cause to charge her with filing a false report with a law enforcement agency, possession of drug paraphernalia, and failure to appear.
At the request of Assistant District Attorney Charlene Davidson Henry, Boling set Morales’ bond at $100,000. The same amount Gardner had been held on.
