Rap Superstar Drake Won His Lawsuit Against Clout Chasing Instagram Thot Laquana Morris After She Made Fake Pregnancy Claims And False Rape Accusation
Drake won his lawsuit filed against clout chasing Instagram thot Laquana Morris aka Layla Lace which covered civil extortion, emotional distress, fraud, defamation, and abuse of process because she falsely claimed that she was impregnated by the rapper and then falsely accused him of sexual assault. This happened after he pumped and dumped her, she had aspirations to dig gold out of him – however Drake sensed this and ignored the clown woman, so she decided to come up with a plan to get fame and money through attaching herself to his name!
“The filing made by Drake against Layla Lace has been resolved, with Layla avoiding going to trial by agreeing to a stipulated judgment which prohibits her from repeating past statements she made against Drake. Drake and his team are satisfied with this outcome and Drake appreciates the support he has received.” Drake’s attorney Larry Stein said in a statement.
Liar Morris took to Instagram and stated she was pregnant, claiming that Drake was the father. Soon after, she appeared on a radio show to discuss the claim. “I know who I sleep with unprotected, period, so it’s 100 percent sure. He knows it.” Drake’s lawyers asked for a paternity test, which she refused.
After the baby gimmick didn’t work, Morris and her legal team fabricated a story that Drake raped her. In the police report, she stated that “she was raped, forced to perform oral sex and falsely imprisoned in Drake’s hotel.” Even after Manchester police cleared him of all allegations of sexual assault, Morris demanded money from the rapper. She also claimed to New York authorities that Drake raped her, and attempted to extort money from the rapper in exchange for her silence, according to the lawsuit, in which Drake denied the pregnancy claim and claimed the two had consensual sex. Per the terms of the reported resolution, Lace can’t repeat the allegations or disparage Drake.
As part of the settlement, Morris has agreed to abstain from republishing her fabricated Instagram posts where she first made the fake pregnancy claim and that she will not make “statements alleging or insinuating [Drake] assaulted her,” got her pregnant and abandoned her, or any other denigrating comments about Drake.
